How do the commission tiers work?
Every partner starts at Starter (10%) and climbs the ladder — Silver 15%, Gold 20%, Platinum 25%, Diamond 30%, Elite 35% — as your monthly Gross Merchandise Value (GMV = sum of approved referral orders) hits each tier threshold. Your rate auto-upgrades once you qualify, and it applies to everything: new orders AND subscription reorders both pay your full current tier rate, for the life of the customer.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts are processed on the 15th of each month for the prior month's approved commissions, via ACH (US) or PayPal (international). Minimum payout threshold is $50 — any balance below that rolls over.
How long is the referral cookie?
30 days from your referral's first click on your link. If they purchase within 30 days of clicking — even without using your coupon — you get credit.
Which products can I promote?
You can promote any product in our catalog. Commissions apply to the full order minus shipping and taxes. No exclusions on sale items, bundles, or reconstitution supplies.
Can I refer myself?
Self-referrals don't qualify for commissions. The program is for bringing in new researchers to our platform.
What happens if a referred order is refunded?
If a referred order is refunded, the corresponding commission is clawed back from your next payout. All clawbacks are itemized transparently in your dashboard.
